Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual
Mixing and serving alcohol or non alcohol drink for the guest at the bar ot in the restaurant Taking beverages order,making recomendations and explaining beverages ingredients to the guest Responsibe for cleanliness bar counter,bar equipments,bar hand tools,bar utensils and bar area Responsible for beverage cost and stocked in assigned area Taking care the inventory Processing payment
Supporting bar operation,ensuring all bar venue are well stocked with alcohol,mixers,clean glasses,ice,garnish. Maintaining cleanliness of bar area and following proper washing and sanitation glasses,utilities,pantries,floors,bar equipments and etc with usph or company standard Collect and transport a variety of supplies between storage and work area Segregates and remove trash or garbage to incenerator area Participate with bar staff in all activities required in opening and close the bar Prepare 3 bucket system in work area
Taking customer order and delivering for and beverage Maintanance cleanliness of restaurant or bar area Set up tables,polishing glasses and cutleries Ensuring the bar lounge and restaurant table are fully stocked,clean and tidy
Preparing ingredients ala carte and buffet menu Pick up kitchen supplies from storage to kitchen area Assisting cook make food order for the guest
