Well, my name is Ketut Mei Hedy Candra and you just call me Candra, I was born on May the 31st 1985 and now I am 39 years old. I have been working in the hospitality industry for the past 18 years. I also have experience working on Holland America Line cruise ship as an assistant waiter. I have excellence skills which help me work well. I am quick learner, confident, friendly and ready to give an excellence dining experience by providing a good quality customer service.

As a Waiter, I have responsible for serving food and beverage to the customer and ensure the guest satisfaction by providing a good quality customer service at the restaurant.

As an Assistant Waiter, I have responsible to assist the waiter in delivering a good quality customer service, and also preparing folded napkin, polishing chinaware, silverware and glassware, input the guest order in to micros system, picking up the food and beverage from galley, clear up the dirty dishes and send it to galley, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room area.
